Services
1- General Management: Our global management service will look after your property when it is empty, as if you were there everyday. We provide inspection visits, check that all doors and windows are safely locked, perform humidity and pest checks and air the property from time to time when empty.
We’ll check that all lights and pipes are working properly and if necessary, arrange a plumber or electrician to come and repair whatever needs to be repaired (you will only pay for their bill); we’ll even change the light bulb!
We will also check on the property after a storm, unplug electrical appliances and switch off electricity, water and gas when a tenant leaves; check your mailbox and forward your post to you’d like.
Avalon Overseas can arrange for invoices to be paid in your absence and attend communal meetings on your behalf if you require.
When you want to rent your property out, we’ll receive the tenants for you and hand them the keys, performing an inventory check on arrival and departure. We’ll manage the cleaning and change over before each arrival and issue welcome packs if you so require. (The cleaning service and welcome packages incur in extra charges as detailed below). You will receive reports after each inspection visit for your records.
The management services also includes promoting your property extensively through our window display, signs in your property and the website.

2- Lettings:
Short term lettings: many holiday makers choose the Turkish Riviera for their holidays, instead of a hotel, they prefer to rent an apartment for 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks. Once we know when you would like to use your property, we can arrange short-term rentals for periods when you are not there.
Long term lettings: Anything from 3 months until 11 or 12 months (renewable). It could be for long holidays or for local people needing it for a long term. You can make the property available for 11 months so you still have a month to enjoy the sun yourself.
Profits are much higher in short term lettings but of course, long term lettings assure a steady monthly income.
You can choose between simply a key holding service or a more complete and varied package as listed above.
